教师党支部建设与“三全育人”协同融合的思考--以中南大学基础医学院教师第二党支部为例

摘要 高校党建工作与“三全育人”协同融合是立足新发展阶段、贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局所面临的新任务。高校基层党组织是高校“三全育人”工作的重要战斗堡垒,“三全育人”教育理念则是建设双一流高校的关键。目前,高校基层党建质量有待提升,协同育人体系亟待加强,多学科交叉融合仍须持续推进。该文以中南大学基础医学院教师第二党支部为例,分析了教师党支部建设与“三全育人”协同融合的重要意义,进一步提出:突出“一核”,切实发挥党的领导核心作用;探索“e课”,推动组织生活提质增效;推行“三联动”,促进学生成长成才等相关举措,为强化“三全育人”提供了一种思路。 It is a new task for the university to integrate the Party construction with the“three-dimensional comprehensive education”based on the new development stage,carry out the new development idea and pattern.At present,the quality of primary Party organizations in colleges and universities needs to be improved,the system of collaborative education needs to be strengthened,and the integration of multi-disciplines needs to be continuously promoted.This paper takes the Second Party Branch of Teachers of Basic Medical School of Central South University as an example,analyzes the significance of the synergistic fusion of teacher Party branch construction and“threedimensional comprehensive education”,and further puts forward relevant measures and practices to provide a way of thinking for strengthening the“three-dimensional comprehensive education”.
