粮食工程专业课程思政路径探索--以“粮食加工副产物综合利用”课程为例 被引量:4

摘要 课程思政要求将思想政治教育的理论知识、价值理念和精神追求等融入专业课程中,潜移默化地对各大院校本专科学生的思想意识、行为举止产生影响。该文以粮食工程专业“粮食加工副产物综合利用”课程为例,基于粮食工程专业特点,结合该专业本科生对粮食加工行业和习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的了解,论述“粮食加工副产物综合利用”课程开展课程思政的必要性,并对课程思政的实现路径进行了初步探索和实践,以期为粮食工程专业的其他本科专业课程开展课程思政提供参考。 The course-based ideological and political education requires that the theoretical knowledge,values and spiritual pursuit of ideological and political education should be integrated into the professional curriculum,which has a subtle impact on the ideology and behavior of college students.In this paper,taking the“Comprehensive Utilization of Grain Processing By-products”course for the grain engineering major as an example,and combined with grain engineering majors’understanding of the grain production industry and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,the necessity of implementing course-based ideological and political education in the“Comprehensive Utilization of Grain Processing By-products”course is discussed based on the characteristics of the major.The preliminary exploration and practice on the path of realizing course-based ideological and political education are carried out in order to provide reference for the implementation of course-based ideological and political education in other undergraduate courses of the grain engineering major.
