关于半导体器件原理与仿真课程“线上+线下”混合教学的思考 被引量:1

摘要 目前,我国半导体芯片技术被以美国为首的西方国家封锁,集成电路产业遭遇“卡脖子”的问题。为了满足国家对芯片产业人才的战略需求,必须从源头抓起,重视对学生集成电路相关产业基础知识的培养。在此背景下,集成电路科学与工程学科近日被列入一级学科目录。同时,在面临新冠肺炎疫情防控等特殊情况时,线上教学作为一种新型的教学形式,在规避接触风险的同时也取得了不错的教学效果。后疫情时代,线下教学得以有序开展,线上教学作为一种新型的补充教学形式逐渐被认可并纳入教学活动中,采用“线上+线下”混合模式进行教学逐渐成为一种新常态。该文结合笔者自身的教学经验,对半导体器件原理与仿真课程“线上+线下”混合教学的教材选择、教学内容及其课时分配、考核方式的变革等方面进行了探讨。 At present,China’s semiconductor chip technology is blocked by foreign countries,and the integrated circuit industry is experiencing the problem of“being hit in the throat”.In order to meet the country’s strategic demand for talents in the chip industry,it is necessary to start from the source and pay attention to the cultivation of basic knowledge of integrated circuitrelated industries.“Integrated circuit science and engineering”has recently entered the first-level discipline catalog.At the same time,in the face of special circumstances such as the epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia,online teaching,as a new form of teaching,has achieved good results while avoiding exposure risks.In the post-epidemic period,offline teaching activities were carried out in an orderly manner.As a new supplementary form of teaching,online teaching was gradually recognized and added to normal teaching activities.The“online+offline”blended teaching model gradually became a kind of normal.Combining the writer’s own teaching,this paper discusses the teaching content,the distribution of teaching forms and the introduction of virtual simulation content in the“online+offline”blended teaching of the semiconductor device principles and simulation course.
