高职社会生源校园适应状况调查与应对策略思考

An Investigation of Campus Adaptation Situations of Non-School Student Source of Higher Vocational Colleges and the Relevant Countermeasures

为了了解社会生源的校园适应状况,该文进行了调查。调查结果表明,社会生源的整体校园适应状况良好,管理适应、学业适应、心理适应等三维度的相关数据分析结果也印证了调查结论的可信性。该文从融洽师生关系的建立、坚定学习目标的确立、学生中心理念的明确等方面总结了社会生源校园适应良好的经验;同时,针对短板,提出了相应对策:一是要尊重个体差异,定制培养路径;二是要优化教学模式,实施多元评价;三是要保障师资,促进改变。

In order to learn about the campus adaptation situations of the students from the non-school student source,this paper conducts a survey.The findings show that such students’overall campus adaptation situations are satisfactory,which is also confirmed by the relevant data analysis results of management adaptation,academic adaptation,and psychological adaptation.The paper summarizes such reasons contributing to the students’campus adaptation as harmonious relationship between faculty and students,students’steady learning objectives,and studentcenteredness,and at the same time,puts forward the countermeasures which will help such students to cope with the difficulties encountered on campus.The countermeasures include respecting individual differences and customizing the training path,optimizing the teaching modes and implementing multiple evaluations,and providing high-quality faculty and promoting great changes in such students.
