摘要
依据标准EN 13979及转向架接口尺寸设计车轮S型辐板形状初始方案,通过有限元分析对设计方案进行验证和优化,对车轮进行热力学性能测试及疲劳实验台测试,结果表明车轮设计方案能满足各项要求。
Initial shape scheme of vehicle wheel S-shaped web plate has been designed based on EN 13979 and bogie interface size,further the design scheme has been verified and optimized by finite element analysis,meanwhile the wheel has been carried out thermo-mechanical property testing and fatigue test bench testing,the results showed that the wheel design scheme could accomplish requirements.
