基于AMO理论的烟草企业专业技术人才培养研究

摘要 专业技术人才是激发企业创造力和生命力、为企业创造市场价值和社会价值的关键力量。只有加大对专业技术人才的培养力度,壮大专业技术人才队伍,才能解决烟草行业高质量发展面临的突出问题,增强烟草企业应对动态环境的柔性,提升烟草企业的市场竞争力。文章以AMO理论为基础,从员工能力、动机和机会三个方面,全面地探讨了企业人力资源管理如何促进专业技术人才培养,并提出相应的改善策略与方向,以期为烟草企业专业技术人才培养提供借鉴。
