旋覆代赭汤辅助治疗GERL的效果及对血清GAS、MOT水平的影响

Effect of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction on Adjuvant Treatment of GERL and Its Influence on Serum GAS and MOT Levels

目的:探讨旋覆代赭汤辅助治疗胃食管反流性咽喉炎(GERL)的效果及对血清GAS、MOT水平影响。方法:按照组间基线资料匹配原则将笔者所在医院2017年6月-2020年6月101例GERL患者随机数字法分为对照组(51例)及观察组(50例),对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础予以旋覆代赭汤治疗,治疗2个月后,观察两组临床疗效、酸反流症状、胃肠激素水平。结果:治疗后,观察组临床疗效96.00%,显著优于对照组的83.34%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组反流持续≥5 min次数(3.01±0.85)次,显著少于对照组的(3.96±0.89)次,pH<4总时间比例(7.12±1.23)%,显著低于对照组的(8.59±1.39)%,最长反流持续时间(6.39±1.65)min,显著短于对照组的(9.93±1.87)min(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组MOT(93.54±11.25)ng/L,GAS(105.26±11.54)ng/L,显著高于对照组的(78.98±9.68)、(93.58±12.32)ng/L;VIP(55.26±6.35)pg/ml,显著低于对照组的(62.95±7.56)pg/ml(P<0.05)。结论:联合旋覆代赭汤辅助治疗可通过调节GERL患者胃肠激素水平,减轻胃酸反流,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction on the adjuvant treatment of gastroesophageal reflux laryngitis (GERL) and the influence of serum GAS and MOT levels.Method:A total of 101 patients with GERL from June 2017 to June 2020 were divided into the control group (51 cases) and observation group (50 cases) in accordance with the principle of groups of baseline data matching.Control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group was given Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction on the basis of the control group.After 2 months treatment,observed two groups of clinical curative effect,acid reflux symptoms,gastrointestinal hormone levels.Result:After treatment,clinical efficacy of the observation group 96.00%,was significantly better than 83.34% of control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the number of reflux lasting≥5 min in the observation group (3.01±0.85) times,was significantly less than (3.96±0.89) times in the control group,pH<4 total time ratio (7.12±1.23)%,was significantly lower than (8.59±1.39)% of the control group,longest reflux duration (6.39±1.65) min,was significantly shorter than (9.93±1.87) min of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,observation group MOT (93.54±11.25) ng/L and GAS (105.26±11.54) ng/L,were significantly higher than (78.98±9.68) ng/L and (93.58±12.32) ng/L in the control group,VIP (55.26±6.35) pg/ml,was significantly lower than (62.95±7.56) pg/ml of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction for adjuvant therapy can reduce gastric acid reflux and improve the therapeutic effect by adjusting the gastrointestinal hormone levels in patients with GERL.
