彩色多普勒超声对下肢静脉血栓的诊断效果

Diagnostic Effect of Color Doppler Ultrasound on Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity

目的:探讨下肢静脉血栓采用彩色多普勒超声进行诊断的效果。方法:本文将2019年2月-2020年2月收治的下肢静脉血栓患者38例作为观察组,选取同时期无下肢深静脉血栓的患者37例作为对照组,对所有患者实施彩色多普勒超声诊断,将诊断结果与上行性静脉造影检查进行比较,分析诊断准确率、下肢静脉血管内径、收缩期峰值流速、舒张末期流速、阻力指数。结果:彩色多普勒超声诊断准确率为92.11%,与上行性静脉造影检查结果相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组阻力指数为(1.72±0.51),对照组阻力指数为(2.12±0.39),观察组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),收缩期峰值流速、舒张末期流速、下肢静脉血管内径相比,观察组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢静脉血栓患者准确率相对较高,可通过测量血管内径鉴别静脉血栓情况,具有较高的诊断价值,可为医生诊断患者疾病提供有价值的参考依据。

Objective:To investigate the effect of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of lower extremity venous thrombosis.Method:From February 2019 to February 2020,38 patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis were selected as the observation group,and 37 patients without lower extremity deep venous thrombosis were selected as the control group.All patients did color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis,the diagnosis results compared with the ascending venography,and the diagnostic accuracy,the inner diameter of the lower extremity veins,the peak systolic flow velocity,the end-diastolic flow velocity,and the resistance index were analyzed.Result:The diagnostic accuracy rate of color Doppler ultrasound was 92.11%,and there was no significant difference compared with the results of ascending venography (P>0.05);the resistance index of the observation group was (1.72±0.51),and the resistance index of the control group was (2.12±0.39),the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05);the peak systolic flow velocity,end-diastolic flow velocity,and the inner diameter of the lower limb veins were higher in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis is relatively high.It can identify venous thrombosis by measuring the inner diameter of blood vessels,which has high diagnostic value and can provide valuable reference for doctors to diagnose patients’ diseases.
