脂联素在前列腺癌组织中的表达及意义研究

The Expression and Significance of Adiponectin in Prostate Cancer Tissues

目的:探讨脂联素在前列腺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:选取2016年1月-2020年6月在厦门医学院附属第二医院治疗的60例前列腺癌患者的病理组织作为A组(高分化、中分化、低分化各20例),选取同期60例前列腺增生患者的病理组织作为B组,选取同期60例健康体检者的前列腺组织作为C组,分别检测组织中脂联素表达情况,不同BMI值和Gleason评分的脂联素表达情况,分析组织脂联素表达与BMI、Gleason评分的相关性。结果:A组脂联素水平明显低于B组和C组(P<0.05),而A组中,高分化、中分化、低分化脂联素水平相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);BMI≥30 kg/m^(2)的脂联素表达水平明显低于BMI在25~29 kg/m^(2)及<25 kg/m^(2)者,Gleason评分在2~4分者脂联素表达水平明显高于Gleason评分在5~7分和8~10分者(P<0.05);组织脂联素表达与BMI、Gleason评分呈负相关(r=-0.574,P<0.001;r=-0.511,P<0.001)。结论:脂联素在前列腺癌组织中的表达明显降低,对肿瘤细胞的侵袭和转移有抑制作用,可评估病情严重程度及预后。

Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of adiponectin in prostate cancer.Method:From January 2016 to June 2020,60 cases of patients’prostate cancer pathology organization of The Second Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen Medical College were as A group(differentiation of high,medium and low differentiation,eachof 20 cases),selected the same pathological organization of 60 patients with hyperplasia of prostate as group B,selected 60 cases of healthy physical examination in the same period of prostate tissue as group C.Adiponectin expression in tissue,different BMI and Gleason scores of adiponectin expression was detected,relevance of expression of adiponectin,BMI,and Gleason score were analysed.Result:Adiponectin levels in group A were significantly lower than those in group B and C(P<0.05),while adiponectin levels in group A were not significantly different among high,moderate,low differentiated(P>0.05).The mean optical density of adiponectin expression in patients with BMI≥30 kg/m^(2) was significantly lower than that in patients with BMI 25-29 kg/m^(2) and<25 kg/m^(2),and the mean optical density of adiponectin expression in patients with Gleason score 2-4 points was significantly higher than that in patients with Gleason score 5-7 points and 8-10 points(P<0.05).Tissue adiponectin expression was negatively correlated with BMI(r=-0.574,P<0.001)and Gleason score(r=-0.511,P<0.001).Conclusion:The expression of adiponectin in prostate cancer tissues is significantly decreased,and the inhibition of tumor cell invasion and metastasis can be used to evaluate the severity and prognosis of the disease.
