神经损伤型老年糖尿病足患者病原菌分布和耐药性分析

摘要 目的:分析神经损伤型老年糖尿病足患者病原菌分布和耐药性。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年5月于笔者所在医院接受治疗的83例神经损伤型老年糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,通过采集标本、菌株分离鉴定、药敏试验分析患者病原菌分布和耐药性。结果:83例患者中共分离出细菌81株,真菌11株。革兰阳性菌对青霉素、苯唑西林、庆大霉素、氨苄西林耐药性强;革兰阴性菌对环丙沙星、头孢噻肟、头孢吡肟、阿米卡星有耐药性强;真菌对伏立康唑和氟康唑耐药性强。结论:革兰阳性菌是神经损伤型老年糖尿病足患者感染的主要病原菌,替拉考宁和万古霉素仍保持较高的抗菌活性,持续的病原菌监测能为感染的防治提供依据。 Objective:To analyze pathogen distribution and drug resistance in elderly patients with nerve injury type diabetic foot.Method:A total of 83 cases of elderly patients with nerve injury type diabetic foot who received treatment in our hospital from March 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects,the pathogen distribution and drug resistance of patients were analyzed by collecting specimens,isolation and identification of strains,and drug sensitivity test.Result:In 83 patients,81 strains of bacteria and 11 strains of fungi were isolated from them.Gram positive bacteria were resistant to Penicillin,Oxacillin,Gentamicin and Ampicillin.Gram negative bacteria were resistant to Ciprofloxacin,Cefotaxime,Cefepime and Amikacin.The fungi were resistant to Voriconazole and Fluconazole.Conclusion:Gram positive bacteria are the main pathogens of infection in elderly patients with nerve injury type diabetic foot,Tilaconin and Vancomycin still maintain high antibacterial activity,continuous pathogen monitoring can provide basis for the prevention and control of infection.
