心理治疗联合认知疗法在胃癌根治术中的应用效果

Study on the Effect of Psychotherapy and Cognitive Therapy in the Nursing of Gastric Cancer Surgery

目的:探讨心理治疗联合认知疗法在胃癌根治术中的应用效果。方法:将本院2019年1月-2020年1月80例行胃癌根治术的胃癌患者,双盲随机法分两组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施心理治疗和认知疗法。比较两组护理前后汉密尔顿焦虑心理评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度、疾病认知水平、术后并发症。结果:护理干预前两组汉密尔顿焦虑心理评分及生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理干预后观察组汉密尔顿焦虑心理评分(8.45±2.50)分,低于对照组的(11.56±2.68)分,生活质量评分(95.56±1.56)分,高于对照组的(85.24±1.21)分,护理满意度(94.21±3.61)分,高于对照组的(80.13±2.01)分,疾病认知水平(96.81±3.45)分,高于对照组的(84.45±3.34)分,术后并发症发生率(2.5%)低于对照组(20.0%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对胃癌根治术患者实施心理治疗联合认知疗法效果确切。

Objective:To explore the effect of psychotherapy combined with cognitive therapy in radical resection of gastric cancer.Method:A total of 80 patients with gastric cancer who underwent radical gastrectomy in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given psychotherapy and cognitive therapy on this basis.Hamilton anxiety score,quality of life score,nursing satisfaction,disease cognition level and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Result:There were no significant differences in Hamilton anxiety score and quality of life score between the two groups before nursing intervention (P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the Hamilton anxiety score of the observation group was (8.45±2.50) points,which was lower than (11.56±2.68) points of the control group;the score of quality of life was (95.56±1.56) points,which was higher than (85.24±1.21) points in the control group;nursing satisfaction was (94.21±3.61) points,which was higher than (80.13±2.01) points in the control group;the cognitive level of disease was (96.81±3.45) points,which was higher than (84.45±3.34) points of the control group;the incidence of postoperative complications (2.5%) was lower than that in the control group (20.0%),there were significant differences between them (P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychotherapy combined with cognitive therapy is effective in patients with gastric cancer of radical resection.
