穴位敷贴生物电刺激伍用椎管内麻醉镇痛分娩预防产程中宫缩乏力及寒战的价值研究

Effect of Acupoint Application and Bioelectrical Stimulation Combined with Intraspinal Anesthesia for Analgesia during Labor

目的:探讨穴位敷贴生物电刺激伍用椎管内麻醉镇痛分娩的临床效果。方法:选取2018年6月-2020年6月本院分娩的96例孕产妇作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=48)和研究组(n=48)。对照组行椎管内麻醉镇痛分娩,研究组给予穴位敷贴生物电刺激伍用椎管内麻醉镇痛分娩。比较两组分娩情况、各时间宫缩频率、寒战及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组分娩方式和新生儿Apgar评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组产后出血量和总产程时间优于对照组,镇痛持续时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。麻醉后90、120、150 min,研究组宫缩频率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组寒战程度低于对照组,研究组寒战发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:穴位敷贴生物电刺激伍用椎管内麻醉镇痛分娩具有显著的镇痛作用,能有效减少产后出血量、缩短产程,预防产程中宫缩乏力及寒战,且安全性良好。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application and bioelectrical stimulation combined with intraspinal anesthesia for analgesia during labor.Method:A total of 96 pregnant women who gave birth in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group(n=48)and the study group(n=48)according to the random number table method.The control group received intraspinal anesthesia for analgesia delivery,and the study group was given acupoint application bioelectric stimulation combined with intraspinal anesthesia for analgesia delivery.The delivery status,the frequency of contractions at each time,the occurrence of chills and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences between the delivery method and the newborn Apgar score between the two groups(P>0.05).The amount of postpartum bleeding and total labor process time in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the duration of analgesia was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 90,120 and 150 min after anesthesia,the frequency of contractions in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of chills in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the incidence of chills in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application and bioelectrical stimulation combined with spinal anesthesia for analgesia during labor has a significant analgesic effect,can effectively reduce postpartum hemorrhage,shorten labor progress,prevent uterine fatigue and chills during labor,and has good safety.
