依达拉奉对颅内动脉瘤术后患者炎症反应、氧化应激及认知功能的影响

Influence of Edaravone on Inflammatory Response,Oxidative Stress and Cognitive Function in Patients with Intracranial Aneurysm after Operation

摘要 目的:探讨依达拉奉对颅内动脉瘤术后患者炎症反应、氧化应激及认知功能的影响。方法:选取本院2018年1月-2020年6月接受血管内栓塞手术治疗的颅内动脉瘤患者84例。随机分为观察组和对照组,各42例。对照组术后给予常规处理,观察组加用依达拉奉静脉滴注。对比两组手术前后简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分及白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,对比两组术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组术后2周的记忆力评分、MMSE总分显著低于术前(P<0.05),其余维度与术前对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后2周MMSE各维度评分及总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后2周,观察组IL-18、TNF-α显著低于对照组,观察组MDA水平低于对照组,SOD水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:依达拉奉可减轻颅内动脉瘤术后患者的炎症反应和氧化应激损伤,保护神经功能,改善患者的术后认知功能。 Objective:To investigate the influence of Edaravone on inflammatory response,oxidative stress and cognitive function in patients with intracranial aneurysm after operation.Method:A total of 84 patients with intracranial aneurysm who received endovascular embolization from January 2018 to June 2020 in our hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given Edaravone intravenous drip in addition.The mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score and interleukin-18(IL-18),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)levels were compared between the two groups before and after operation,the postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Result:The memory score and total score of MMSE of the observation group at 2 weeks after operation were significantly lower than those before operation(P<0.05),there were no significant differences in scores of other dimensions before and after operation(P>0.05),the scores of every dimensions and total scores of MMSE of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group at 2 weeks after operation(P<0.05).At 2 weeks after operation,the levels of IL-18 and TNF-αof the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the MDA level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the SOD level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Edaravone can reduce the inflammatory reaction and oxidative stress injury in patients with intracranial aneurysm after operation,protect neurological function and improve postoperative cognitive function.
