口腔种植修复牙列缺损或缺失45例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 45 Cases of Dental Defect or Absence of Dental Implant

目的:探究和分析口腔种植修复在牙列缺损或缺失临床治疗中的应用效果。方法:选择2017年1月-2018年12月在本院诊治的列缺损或缺失患者作为本次临床试验研究对象,分为对照组与观察组,各45例,对照组实施常规修复,观察组实施口腔种植修复;观察两组患者的临床总有效率、相关功能指标恢复评分、美学效果评分和修复满意度。结果:观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为95.56%,比对照组的77.78%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者在稳定性、语言能力、咀嚼功能和舒适感方面的恢复评分明显比对照组患者高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在美学效果评分方面,观察组患者的牙体外形评分和色泽评分均比对照组患者高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的修复满意度分别为97.78%和71.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将口腔种植修复术应用到牙列缺损或缺失患者的临床修复治疗中,能够显著提高患者的临床修复效果,改善患者的相关功能指标恢复情况,增强患者牙体的修复满意度和美学效果,具有显著的临床应用价值和推广意义。

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of dental implant repair in dentition defect or absence.Method:From January 2017 to December 2018,dentition defect or absence were selected as the objects of observation,divided into the control group and observation group of 45 cases each.Control group was treated with routine repair,and observation group was treated with oral implant repair.The clinical efficacy,recovery score,aesthetic effect score and repair satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than 77.78%of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery scores of stability,language ability,masticatory function and comfort in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the aspect of aesthetic effect,the scores of tooth shape and color in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rates of patients in observation group and control group were 97.78%and 71.11%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of dental implant repair in the clinical repair of dentition defect or absence can significantly improve the clinical repair effect of the patients and improve the recovery of the related functional indicators of the patients.It has significant clinical application value and popularization significance to enhance the satisfaction and aesthetic effect of dental restoration.
