血塞通胶囊联合丁苯酞软胶囊对脑梗死恢复期患者脑血流及预后的影响

Effects of Xuesaitong Capsules Combined with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules on Cerebral Blood Flow and Prognosis in Patients with Cerebral Infarction in Recovery Period

目的:探讨血塞通胶囊联合丁苯酞软胶囊对脑梗死恢复期患者脑血流及预后的影响,优化临床治疗方案。方法:采用前瞻性随机试验法,选择2018年9月-2020年9月于本院治疗的脑梗死恢复期患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=50)及对照组(n=50)。对照组采用阿司匹林+丁苯酞软胶囊治疗;在对照组基础上,观察组采用血塞通胶囊治疗。比较治疗前、治疗1个月时两组神经功能水平[采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评估]、血流动力学指标[阻力指数(RI)、脉动指数(PI)、平均血流速度(Vm)]。结果:治疗1个月时,两组NIHSS评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个月时,两组RI、PI水平均低于治疗前,Vm水平高于治疗前,且观察组RI、PI水平低于对照组,Vm水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血塞通胶囊联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗可改善梗死恢复期患者脑神经功能,增加脑组织血流水平,效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Xuesaitong Capsule combined with Butylphthalide Soft Capsule on cerebral blood flow and prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction in the recovery period,and to optimize the clinical treatment plan.Method:By using the prospective randomized trial method,100 patients in the recovery period of cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group(n=50)and the control group(n=50).The control group was treated with Aspirin and Butylphthalide Soft Capsules;on the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with Xuesaitong Capsules.The neurological function[assessed by the National Institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)]levels,the hemodynamic indexes[resistance index(RI),pulsation index(PI),average blood flow velocity(Vm)]before treatment and at one month of treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:At one month of the treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);at one month of the treatment,the RI and PI levels of the two groups were lower than thoses before treatment,Vm level was higher than that before treatment,and RI and PI levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,Vm level was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuesaitong Capsule combined with Butylphthalide Soft Capsule can improve the brain nerve function and increase the blood flow level of brain tissue in patients with infarction recovery period,and the effect is significant.
