改良临床护理路径在复杂骨折手术患者中的应用

Application of Improved Clinical Nursing Pathway in Patients with Complex Fracture Surgery

目的:探讨改良临床护理路径在复杂骨折患者中的护理效果。方法:选择2018年1月-2019年10月复杂骨折患者78例为对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各39例。对照组采用常规方法护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合改良临床护理路径,护理3个月后对患者效果进行评估,比较两组睡眠质量、自我管理水平、并发症及依从性。结果:观察组护理3个月后睡眠质量各评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理3个月后症状管理、日常生活管理、情绪管理、信息管理及社会管理评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理3个月后压疮、肺部感染、关节僵硬发生率无统计意义(P>0.05);观察组护理3个月后治疗方法、定期复查、康复锻炼依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良临床护理路径用于复杂骨折手术患者中有助于改善患者睡眠质量,提高其自我管理水平,未增加术后并发症发生率,有助于提高护理依从性,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the nursing effect of improved clinical nursing path in patients with complex fracture.Method:A total of 78 patients with complex fracture from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into two groups,39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given improved clinical nursing pathway on the basis of the control group.The effect of nursing was evaluated after 3 months.The sleep quality,self-management level,complications and compliance of the two groups were compared.Result:The scores of sleep quality in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of symptom management,daily life management,emotion management,information management and social management 3 months after nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistical significant differences in the incidence of pressure sores,pulmonary infection and joint stiffness 3 months after nursing between the two groups(P>0.05).The treatment methods,regular review and compliance of rehabilitation exercise in observation group were all higher than those in control group 3 months after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved clinical nursing path used in patients with complex fracture surgery is helpful to improve patients’sleep quality,improves their self-management level,no increase in the incidence of postoperative complications,and helps to improve nursing compliance,which is worthy of popularization and application.
