中医护理模式干预对痰热闭肺型肺炎患儿症状改善及预后的影响

Influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Model Intervention on the Improvement of Symptoms and Prognosis of Children with Accumulation of Phlegm-heat Syndrome Pneumonia

目的:探究中医护理模式干预对痰热闭肺型肺炎患儿症状改善及预后的影响。方法:回顾性分析厦门市中医院2019年4月-2020年4月收治住院的100例痰热闭肺型肺炎患儿。按照不同护理方式分为常规组(n=47)和中医组(n=53)。经对症治疗后,常规组予以常规护理干预,中医组在此基础上予以中医护理模式干预,连续护理2周。观察两组临床效果,比较两组症状(咳嗽、咳痰、气促、发热、肺部啰音)改善时间、匹兹堡睡眠质量(PSQI)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:护理后,中医组治疗总有效率明显高于常规组(P<0.05);中医组症状改善时间显著早于常规组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组PSQI评分均较护理前明显降低,中医组低于常规组(P<0.05)。中医组不良反应发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理模式干预对小儿痰热闭肺型肺炎患儿的临床效果显著,可有效改善临床症状及预后。

Objective:To explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine nursing model intervention on the improvement of symptoms and prognosis of children with accumulation of phlegm-heat syndrome pneumonia.Method:A retrospective analysis was performed on 100 children with accumulation of phlegmheat syndrome pneumonia admitted to Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to April 2020.They were divided into the conventional group(n=47)and the traditional Chinese medicine group(n=53)according to different nursing methods.After symptomatic treatment,the conventional group was given conventional nursing intervention,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing model intervention.All patients received continuous nursing care for 2 weeks.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed,and the improvement time of symptoms(cough,sputum,shortness of breath,fever,rales in lungs),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05),and the improvement times of symptoms in the traditional Chinese medicine group were earlier than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After nursing,the PSQI scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing,the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine nursing model intervention has a remarkable clinical effect on children with accumulation of phlegm-heat syndrome,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and the prognosis.
