经尿道等离子切割手术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果

Clinical Efficacy of Transurethral Plasmakinetic Resection for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的:探讨经尿道等离子切割手术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2020年6月笔者所在医院收治的良性前列腺增生患者300例,应用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=150)进行经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,研究组(n=150)进行经尿道等离子切割手术治疗。观察分析两组患者的临床疗效、并发症、手术相关指标、临床指标及QOL评分情况。结果:与对照组比,研究组总有效率高,并发症发生率低(P<0.05);与对照组比,研究组术后IPSS评分及RUV指标低,Qmax指标高(P<0.05);与对照组比,研究组手术时间、住院时间及膀胱冲洗时间短,术中出血量少(P<0.05);与对照组比,研究组术后QOL评分高(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道等离子切割手术治疗良性前列腺增生效果确切,可降低并发症发生率,且出血量少,安全性高,最大程度改善前列腺增生对IPSS评分与RUV、Qmax产生的影响,提高生活质量,促进康复,值得大力推广。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of transurethral plasma resection in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Method:A total of 300 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number method.The control group(n=150)was treated with transurethral resection of the prostate,and the study group(n=150)was treated with transurethral plasma cutting.The clinical efficacy,complications,surgical indexes,clinic indicators and QOL scores of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Result:Compared with the control group,the study group had higher total curative effect rate and lower complications incidence rate(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the IPSS score and RUV index after surgery of the study group were lower,and the Qmax index was higher(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the operation time,hospitalization time and bladder washing time of the study group were shorter,and the intraoperative blood loss was less(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the QOL score of the study group after surgery was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transurethral plasmakinetic resection is effective in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.It can reduce the incidence of complications,reduce the amount of bleeding,and has high safety.It can improve the impact of prostatic hyperplasia on IPSS score,RUV and Qmax,improve the quality of life and promote rehabilitation.
