摘要
目的:分析接受射频消融术的腰椎间盘突出症患者采用八段锦操对其术后康复效果产生的影响。方法:将2018年7月-2020年5月98例在笔者所在医院接受射频消融术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者分成两组,术后1周指导所有患者进行功能锻炼,指导对照组患者进行"拱桥式""飞燕点水式"等功能锻炼,指导试验组患者进行八段锦功能锻炼。结果:干预前后对比,干预后患者JOA评分升高、ODI评分及VAS评分均下降(P<0.05),干预后两组对比,试验组JOA评分更高,ODI评分及VAS评分均更低(P<0.05)。干预前后对比,干预后患者腰部活动度及直腿抬高程度评分均明显降低(P<0.05),干预后两组对比,试验组各项指标评分均明显更低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:指导接受射频消融术的腰椎间盘突出症患者进行八段锦操锻炼能够加快其腰椎功能改善,还可减轻其疼痛度,有助于提升术后康复效果。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Baduanjin Exercise on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with lumbar disc herniation undergoing radiofrequency ablation.Method:A total of 98 patients with lumbar disc herniation who received radiofrequency ablation in our hospital from July 2018 to May 2020 were divided into two groups.One week after operation,all patients were instructed to take functional exercise,while the control group was given functional exercise such as“arch bridge type”and“flying swallow drinking water style”,and the experimental group was given Baduanjin functional exercise.Result:After the intervention,JOA score increased,ODI score and VAS score decreased(P<0.05).After intervention,JOA score of experimental group was higher,ODI score and VAS score were lower(P<0.05).After the intervention,the waist activity and straight leg elevation scores of the patients were significantly decreased(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of all indexes in the experimental group were significantly lower,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guiding the patients with lumbar disc herniation undergoing radiofrequency ablation Baduanjin exercise can accelerate the improvement of lumbar function,reduce the pain and improve the postoperative rehabilitation effect.
