摘要 根据统计,目前我国先天性听力障碍发病率为1‰~3‰,每年约有2.3万的听力障碍新生儿,是世界上听障儿童数目最多的国家之一。先天性听力障碍是由一种或多种因素引起的,包括家族遗传、早产、孕妇孕期感染等,会对儿童语言、认知发育产生影响。因此,对新生儿进行听力筛查有利于及早发现问题并采取措施干预。本综述将针对目前相关检查方法做一总结,以期为临床诊断提供参考。 According to statistics,the incidence of congenital hearing impairment in our country is 1‰to 3‰,and about 23000 newborns suffer hearing impairment every year,making it one of the countries with the largest number of hearing-impaired children in the world.Congenital hearing impairment is caused by one or more factors,including family heredity,premature birth,pregnancy infection in pregnant women,etc.,which can affect children’s language and cognitive development.Therefore,hearing screening of newborns is conducive to early detection of problems and measures to intervene.This review will summarize the current related examination methods in order to provide references for clinical diagnosis.
