紫草油涂擦肛周治疗肛周疾病术后的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Perianal Diseases with Zicao Oil after Operation

目的:探究肛周疾病术后治疗中采取紫草油涂擦方式对患者创面愈合的效果。方法:140例(2019年5月1日-2020年5月1日)肛周疾病患者,均在本科接受手术治疗,根据病房划分为对照组及治疗组,最终每组符合条件患者65例,即对照组(65例,术后接受正常治疗)和治疗组(65例,联合紫草油涂擦治疗);就患者不同时间段疼痛评分、创面分泌物、术后肉芽组织成长情况、创面愈合时间、治疗有效性及不良反应情况等指标进行评价,确定紫草油涂擦治疗的治疗效果。结果:治疗组术后7、14、21 d的疼痛评分逐渐降低,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组术后7、14、21 d的创面分泌物逐渐减少,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组术后7、14、21 d的术后肉芽组织成长情况良好,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组创面愈合时间短,治疗有效率高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未发生不良反应。结论:在肛周疾病术后治疗中采取紫草油涂擦方式进行治疗,可加快患者的创面愈合速度、降低患者疼痛评分,减少创面分泌物,加快创面肉芽组织成长,具有较高的实用性,安全性高。

Objective:To explore the postoperative treatment of perianal diseases in the use of Zicao Oil on the wound healing effect of patients.Method:A total of 140 cases(May 1,2019-May 1,2020)with crissum diseases patients,both in the undergraduate course of surgery treatment,according to the ward was divided into the control group and the treatment group,each group of 65 cases of eligible patients eventually,namely the control group(65 cases,treated with normal postoperative)and treatment group(65 cases,joint Zicao Oil inunction treatment).The pain score,wound secretion,postoperative growth of granulation tissue,wound healing time,therapeutic effectiveness and adverse reactions of patients in different time periods were evaluated to determine the therapeutic effect of the treatment with Zicao Oil.Result:The pain scores of the treatment group decreased gradually on day 7,14 and 21 days after surgery,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound secretion of the treatment group decreased gradually on d 7,14 and 21 days after surgery,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative granulation tissue growth of the treatment group were good at 7,14 and 21 days after operation,and the differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the wound healing time was short and the effective rate was high,and the difference between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:In the postoperative treatment of perianal diseases,the application of Zicao Oil can speed up the wound healing rate,reduce the pain score,reduce the secretion of the wound,and accelerate the growth of the granulation tissue on the wound,which has high practicability and safety.
