中医护理技术应用于中风恢复期延续护理中的价值分析

Value of Application of TCM Nursing Technology in Continuous Nursing of Stroke Recovery Period

目的:探究基于中医护理技术干预下对于中风恢复期患者的神经支配区功能及康复依从性等的应用效果,定量分析其中医护理模式的临床效果。方法:选取本院于2019年1月-2020年4月收治的120例处于中风恢复期患者,采用随机数表法平均分为对照组与观察组,每组60例,对照组采用常规延续性护理,观察组在常规延续性护理基础上辅以中医护理技术,制作患者出院后的疗效量表,跟进居家1 d、2 d、1个月、2个月、3个月的数据记录,比较两组神经支配区功能水平[甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度蛋白胆固醇(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)]、日常生活能力(进食、洗澡、上下楼梯、控制大小便)及康复依从性。结果:观察组的HDL水平明显高于对照组,TG、TC、LDL水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组依赖程度(处于50~100分水平)明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组自我康复依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:于中风恢复期应用中医护理技术,可明显改善其神经系统的自然恢复过程,加强自我康复意识,为病情痊愈打下良好的基础。

Objective:To explore the application effects of the innervation area function and rehabilitation compliance of patients with stroke recovery based on the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology,and to quantitatively analyze the clinical efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine nursing model.Method:A total of 120 patients in the recovery phase of stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to April 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group using a random number table method,each with 60 cases,and the control group using routine continuing nursing,the observation group was supplemented with traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology on the basis of conventional continuation nursing.A curative effect scale after discharge from the hospital was made,and the data records of 1 d,2 d,1 month,2 months,and 3 months at home were recorded.Innervation function levels[triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density protein cholesterol(HDL),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL)],activities of daily living(eating,bathing,going up and down stairs,control of urine and bowel)and rehabilitation compliance in two groups were compared.Result:The HDL level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the levels of TG,TC and LDL were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the degree of dependence of the observation group(at the level of 50-100 points)was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The number of self-rehabilitation treatment compliance in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques during the recovery period of stroke can significantly improve the natural recovery process of the nervous system,strengthen self-recovery consciousness,and lay a good foundation for the recovery of the disease.
