无创呼吸机治疗重症支气管哮喘的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Non-invasive Ventilator in Treating Severe Bronchial Asthma

目的:研讨重症支气管哮喘患者采用无创呼吸机辅助通气治疗的临床效果。方法:此次研究选取100例符合入选标准的重症支气管哮喘患者,均为本院2018年10月-2020年10月确诊病例。以随机数字表法完成分组,每组50例,对照组给予常规基础治疗,观察组基于对照组治疗条件实行无创呼吸机辅助通气,比较两组的临床疗效,以及不同治疗阶段的血气指标、肺功能。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组各项血气指标(除pH外)及肺功能指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无创呼吸机用于重症支气管哮喘患者的辅助治疗效果显著,对促进其血气指标与肺功能的恢复有利。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of severe bronchial asthma.Method:In this study,100 patients with severe bronchial asthma who met the inclusion criteria were selected,all of whom were diagnosed in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020.The control group was given routine basic treatment,and the observation group was given noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation based on the treatment conditions of the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood gas index and lung function of the two groups at different stages of treatment were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood gas indexes(except pH)and lung function indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Noninvasive ventilator for severe bronchial asthma in patients with adjuvant treatment effect is significant,can promote the recovery of blood gas index and lung function.
