中医辨证分型及治未病干预对肠功能紊乱患者的价值

Value of Syndrome Differentiation and Classification of TCM and Preventive Treatment of Disease Intervention in Patients with Intestinal Dysfunction

目的:分析对肠功能紊乱患者应用中医辨证分型及治未病干预的临床价值。方法:本研究以2019年1月-2020年1月本院收治的120例肠功能紊乱患者为研究对象。根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。两组采用相同的治疗手段进行常规治疗,在此基础上观察组应用中医辨证分型并进行治未病干预治疗,对两组治疗效果及肠功能改善情况进行比较。结果:观察组与对照组治疗总有效率分别为91.67%、73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组腹胀持续时间为(15.01±0.43)d,腹泻持续时间为(13.30±0.39)d,均显著低于对照组的(28.01±2.55)、(22.01±1.98)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对肠功能紊乱患者应用中医辨证分型并进行治未病干预可取得良好的临床疗效,有效促进肠道功能恢复,临床价值重大。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of syndrome differentiation and classification of TCM and preventive treatment of disease intervention in patients with intestinal dysfunction.Method:A total of 120 patients with intestinal dysfunction admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were taken as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with the same treatment method for conventional treatment.On this basis,the observation group was treated with syndrome differentiation and classification of TCM and preventive treatment of disease intervention.The treatment effect and improvement of intestinal function were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 96.67%and 70.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the duration of abdominal distension was(15.01±0.43)d and the duration of diarrhea was(13.30±0.39)d in the observation group,which were significantly lower than(28.01±2.55),(22.01±1.98)d in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of syndrome differentiation and classification of TCM and preventive treatment of disease intervention in patients with intestinal dysfunction can achieve good clinical efficacy,effectively promote the recovery of intestinal function,and has great clinical value.
