小儿脑瘫膝过伸应用个性化康复治疗方式治疗的效果

The Effect of Individualized Rehabilitation Therapy for Children with Cerebral Palsy with Knee Hyperextension

目的:分析小儿脑瘫膝过伸应用个性化康复治疗方式治疗的效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2019年1月-2020年8月收治的小儿脑瘫膝过伸患儿100例,随机分两组,对照组的患儿给予常规康复治疗,研究组给予个性化康复治疗方式。比较两组治疗前后患儿下肢自主活动能力评分、膝关节最大伸展角度、总有效率。结果:治疗前两组病患下肢自主活动能力评分、膝关节最大伸展角度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患儿的下肢自主活动能力评分均显著升高,膝关节最大伸展角度均显著降低(P<0.05)。而治疗4周后研究组下肢自主活动能力评分显著高于对照组,膝关节最大伸展角度低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:个性化康复治疗对小儿脑瘫膝过伸患儿具有较高的治疗价值,可提高下肢自主活动能力,纠正膝关节过伸,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of individualized rehabilitation therapy on hyperextension of knee in children with cerebral palsy.Method:A total of 100 children with knee hyperextension in children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the control group was given conventional rehabilitation treatment,and the study group was given personalized rehabilitation treatment.The scores of lower limb autonomic activity ability,maximum extension angle of knee joint and total effective rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:Before treatment,the scores of lower limb autonomic activity ability and the maximum extension angle of knee joint between the two groups had no significant differences(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of lower limb autonomic activity ability of the two groups were significantly increased,and the maximum extension angle of knee joint were significantly decreased(P<0.05).After four weeks of treatment,the score of lower limb autonomic activity ability of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the maximum extension angle of knee joint was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized rehabilitation therapy has high treatment value for children with cerebral palsy knee hyperextension,which can improve the ability of lower limb autonomous movement and correct knee hyperextension,which is worthy of promotion.
