自分散纳米碳粉的制备及性能

摘要 利用三聚氯氰和对-β-羟基乙砜苯胺硫酸酯合成2-[4-(4,6-二氯-1,3,5-三嗪-2-酰胺基)苯基磺酰基]乙基硫酸钠(SDTES)。先采用KH550改性纳米碳粉,再采用SDTES处理KH550改性纳米碳粉制备自分散纳米碳粉。采用透射扫描电子显微镜(TEM)和红外光谱仪表征纳米碳粉的物理形貌和化学组成,并测试纳米碳粉的粒径、Zeta电位、分散性和失重率。结果表明,自分散纳米碳粉粒径增大10 nm左右,Zeta电位为-38.70 mV,分散性较好;自分散纳米碳粉分散液静置1个月后仍分散均匀;但自分散纳米碳粉的耐热性有所下降。 2-[4,6-dichloro-1,3,5-triazine-2-acylamino phenylsulfonyl]ethyl sulfate sodium(SDTES)was synthesized by cyanuric chloride and para-β-hydroxyethylsulfonyl aniline sulfate.Nano-carbon powder was treated by KH550,which was then treated by SDTES to prepared self-dispersing nano-carbon powder.The physical morphology and chemical composition of nano-carbon powder were characterized by transmission scanning electron microscopy(TEM)and infrared spectroscopy.The particle size,Zeta potential,dispersion and weight loss ratio of nano-carbon powder were measured.It was concluded that the particle size of self-dispersing nano-carbon powder was increased by about 10 nm and the Zeta potential was-38.70 mV,which indicated that the dispersionwas good.The dispersion of self dispersing nano-carbon powder was still uniform after standing for one month.But the heat resistance of self dispersing nano-carbon powder decreased.
