摘要 介绍了全棉水刺无纺布的市场概况以及应用KA生态前处理剂的全棉水刺无纺布脱脂漂白工艺。脱脂漂白工艺应用单因素控制变量法进行探讨,并与传统工艺进行横向比较。结果表明优化工艺参数为:烧碱3 g/L、27.5%的双氧水10 g/L、KA生态前处理剂2.5 g/L、温度100℃、时间90 min;处理后的全棉水刺无纺布白度、吸湿性相对最佳,练减率相对最低,各项物理指标均能达到产品质量要求。 The market overview of cotton spunlace non-woven fabric and the production process of degreasing and bleaching of cotton spunlace non-woven fabric using KA ecological pretreatment agent were introduced.The degreasing and bleaching process was discussed using the single-factor control variable method and compared horizontally with the traditional process.The results showed that the optimum process parameters were as follows:caustic soda 3 g/L,27.5%hydrogen peroxide 10 g/L,KA ecological pretreatment agent 2.5 g/L,temperature 100℃,time 90 min.The whiteness and moisture absorption of the treated cotton spunlace non-woven fabric were the best,the scouring rate was the lowest,and all the physical indicators could meet the product quality requirements.
