摘要
在长叶片的开发过程中,叶片在轴系扭振激励下的动应力分析是一个重要的设计环节。应用有限元分析了某机组在轴系最危险的两相短路工况下,低压末级叶片的瞬态动应力,评估了叶片在瞬态激励下的循环寿命,为长叶片的安全运行提供了有力的保障。
In the process of the development of long blade,blade in the shafting torsional vibration excitation,the dynamic stress analysis is an important part of the design process,in this paper,finite element analysis of a certain unit in shaft is the most dangerous two phase short circuit conditions of low-pressure stage blade at the end of the transient dynamic stress,evaluated the cycle life of blade under transient excitation,to provide powerful guarantee to the safe operation of long blade.
