摘要
通过现场试验案例分析,发现调节级压比变化会引起汽轮机调阀流量特性的线性失真现象。基于调阀特性函数和调节级通用特性函数,提出一种汽轮机配汽端仿真计算方法。经过数值仿真与验证,深入探析了汽轮机调节级压比对调阀流量特性的影响及其规律,认为调节级压比应作为调阀流量特性的重要监测参数。
Through the analysis of field test cases,it is found that the change of the governing stage pressure ratio will cause the linear distortion of the flow characteristics of the steam turbine regulating valve.Based on the regulating valve characteristic function and the general characteristic function of the governing stage,a simulation calculation method for the steam turbine distribution end is proposed.After numerical simulation and verification,the influence of the pressure ratio of the steam turbine governing stage on the flow characteristics of the regulating valve and its laws are deeply analyzed;It is believed that the governing stage pressure ratio should be used as an important monitoring parameter of the regulating valve flow characteristics.
