摘要
介绍了国家质量基础(NQI)技术体系概念;论述了NQI技术体系是油气工业非API石油专用管质量管控的技术基础,NQI框架下非API石油专用管产品的计量、标准、检验检测和认证认可技术共同组成了其质量管控技术体系;阐述了非API石油专用管质量管控技术面临的选材评价技术不完善、质量管控认证体系缺失和现场检测与服役监控手段单一的技术现状;同时提出了在NQI框架下建立跨阶段集成产品质量管控技术体系、建立健全认证认可机制和工业物联网数据共享系统,促进我国形成先进适用的非API石油专用管质量管控技术体系。
The concept of national quality infrastructure(NQI)technology system was introduced.The quality control technology system of non-API oil country tubular goods(OCTG)products are composed of measurement,standard,inspection and certification technology under the NQI framework,and the NQI technology system is the technical basis of non-API OCTG quality control in oil and gas industry.The quality control technology of non-API OCTG faces the technical status of imperfect material selection and evaluation technology,lack of quality control certification system and single means of on-site inspection and service monitoring technology.Under the NQI framework,to establish the cross stage integrated product quality control technology system,the certification system and the industrial internet of things data sharing system will promote the formation of advanced and applicable non-API OCTG quality control technology system in China.
