摘要
简述了非API石油专用管产品现状,分析比对了常规API石油专用管标准体系,通过采用需求导向构建方法、PDCA循环方法,对非API石油专用管产品发展现状、关键技术及标准化需求进行了分析,建立了涵盖设计与选材、产品制造、检测与检验、使用维护、失效与完整性管理的非API石油专用管全寿命周期标准体系,针对行业热点,对非API石油专用管标准化发展方向提出了建议。
The current situation of non-API OCTG products is introduced and the API OCTG standard system is analyzed and compared.by using method of building demand oriented and PDCA,the full life cycles standard system for non-API OCTG which contains design and material selection,manufacture,test and inspection,use and maintenance,failure and integrity management is constructed on the bases of the development situation,critical technology and standardization requirements for non-API OCTG products.In view of the hot spots of the industry,some suggestions on the standardization development direction of non-API OCTG are put forward.
