摘要
介绍了特殊螺纹油套管的发展和现状,对常见的特殊螺纹接头结构进行了分析,指出起连接作用的螺纹的参数、起密封作用的金属面的外观及尺寸和起抗过扭作用的台肩的深度和角度是特殊螺纹接头检测的主要质量控制要点。根据特殊螺纹油套管的生产工序,提出了特殊螺纹油套管制造质量控制的重点。
The recent situation of tubing and casing with premium connection are introduced.The structure and function of premium connection are analyzed.Inspection points of premium connection which include connecting thread parameters,sealing surface appearance and dimensions and anti-torsion shoulder depth and angle are presented.According to the production procedure of tubing and casing with premium connection,the quality control key points are developed.
