关于科普人才科普能力建设的几点认识

Some Views on Ability Construction of Science Popularization Talents

科普人才是科普事业发展的重要支撑,当前科普人才的培训存在着散而小的状况,尚未形成系统化的培训模式,这对于科普人才的科普能力提升形成了一定障碍。从科普人才科普能力提升的视角分析了科普能力的构成,并且提出了提升科普人才科普能力的发展对策。

The science popularization talents are the important manpower support for the development of the science popularization cause.At present,the training for science popularization talents is scattered and small,and a systematic training mode has not yet been formed,which has formed certain obstacles to the promotion of the ability of science popularization talents.This paper analyzes on the composition of the science popularization ability from the perspective of the promotion of the ability of science popularization talents,and puts forward some development countermeasures for the promotion of the ability of science popularization talents.
