天津市科普人才队伍建设现状及对策研究

近年来,天津市大力实施创新驱动发展战略,努力构建一流创新型城市。为实现这一目标必须提升全民科学素质,营造全社会关注创新、参与创新、支持创新的浓厚氛围。科普人才是普及科学知识、弘扬科学精神的重要力量,加强科普人才队伍建设将有力促进天津市创新型城市建设的发展。通过对天津市科普人才队伍建设的现状进行分析发现其中存在的问题,针对存在的问题提出了加强科普人才队伍建设的对策建议。

In recent years,Tianjin has vigorously implemented the innovation-driven development strategy,striving to build a first-class innovative city.To achieve this goal,it is necessary to improve the scientific quality of the whole people and create a strong atmosphere in which the whole society pays attention to innovation,participates in innovation,and supports innovation.Science popularization talents are an important force in popularizing scientific knowledge and promoting the spirit of science.Strengthening the construction of science popularization talent team will effectively promote the development of Tianjin's innovative city construction.This paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of science popularization talent team in Tianjin,finds out some problems,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of science popularization talent team.
