全域科普背景下天津气象科普工作的思考

Thoughts on Meteorological Science Popularization in Tianjin under Background of Universal Science Popularization

近年来天津大力推进全域科普,为气象科普创新发展带来新的理念和思路。在总结“十三五”以来天津气象科普工作现状及面临的新形势、新需求的基础上,尝试提出气象防灾减灾全域科普工作的总体目标、结构化工作和关键任务,旨在通过推动气象防灾减灾全域科普宣教体系建设,细化气象防灾减灾全域科普行动目标,为推进天津气象科普工作进一步融入国家和地区创新发展格局,实现高质量可持续发展提供参考和建议。

In recent years,Tianjin has vigorously promoted universal science popularization,bringing new ideas to the in-novative development of Tianjin meteorological science popularization.In order to promote the construction of the universal science popularization and education system for meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation,to clarify and refine the universal science popularization objectives for meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation,the paper summarizes the current status of meteorological science popularization work in Tianjin since the“13th Five-Year Plan”,and analyzes the new situation and demands in the present.The overall objectives,structured work and key tasks of meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation are designed to provide references and suggestions for promoting Tianjin’s meteorological science popu-larization work to further integrate into the national and regional innovative development pattern and achieving high-quality sustainable development.
