产学研背景下天津师范大学科普基地能力建设与实践成效

Ability Construction and Practical Effect of Science Popularization Base of Tianjin Normal University under Background of Production,Education and Research

人才培养、科学研究和社会服务是高校的基本职能,科普基地是利用科学文化资源,发挥社会服务功能的主要媒介。高校科普基地不仅是引领科研创新和成果产出的核心力量,更是开展科学普及活动、以科学文化服务社会的重要场所。在“科研-教育-生产”协同集成化的背景下,高校科普基地作为科学普及特殊载体的建设与发展显得尤为重要。以天津市科普基地——天津师范大学物理与材料科学学院科学体验馆为例,分析此科普基地多年的实践经验,从自身能力建设和服务能力提升2方面总结,得出在产学研背景下,高校科普基地建设“研为产用、产为学做、学为研输”的具体实践思路,以期为高校科普基地建设与实践提供可借鉴的思路与模式。

Talent training,scientific research and social service are basic functions of colleges and universities,science popularization bases are the main media to make use of scientific and cultural resources and give full play to social service function.These bases of colleges and universities are not only the core force leading scientific research innovation and output,but also important places to carry out science popularization activities and serve the society with science and culture.Under the background of the integration of“scientific research,education and production”,the construction and development of university science popularization bases,which are special carriers of science popularization,is particularly of great significance.Taking the science experience hall of the Institute of Physics and Materials Science of Tianjin Normal University,one of science popularization bases in Tianjin,as an example,this paper analyzes the practical experience of this science base for many years,and summarizes the self ability construction and service ability promotion.Under the background of production,education and research,the specific practice ideas of“research for production,production for education,and education for research”in the construction of science popularization bases of colleges and universities are obtained,so as to provide reference ideas and modes for the construction and practice of science popularization bases of colleges and universities.
