天津市气象科普人才培养现状与思考

Current Situation and Thinking of Meteorological Science Popularization Talents Training in Tianjin

为促进天津市气象事业高质量发展、公民气象科学素质进一步提高,结合天津市气象局制定的气象事业发展“十四五”规划和天津气象事业发展现状,从分析天津气象科普人才队伍现状入手,对天津市气象科普队伍结构、体制等方面的现状进行探究,总结加强气象科普人才队伍建设的有效方法,也为其他行业培养科普人才提供参考。

In order to promote the high-quality development of Tianjin meteorological cause and further improve the quality of citizens’meteorological science,combined with the“14th Five-Year Plan”for the development of meteorological cause formulated by Tianjin Meteorological Bureau and the development status of Tianjin meteorological cause,this paper analyzes the current situation of Tianjin meteorological science popularization talent team,and probes into the current situation of Tianjin meteorological science popularization team structure and system.The effective methods to strengthen the construc-tion of meteorological science popularization talent team are summarized to provide reference for other industries to cultivate science popularization talents.
