天津市防灾减灾科普宣教能力现状及发展模式思考

Thoughts on Status Quo and Development Modes of Science Popularization Education Ability for Disaster Prevention and Mitigation in Tianjin

做好城市防灾减灾,是政府部门确保经济社会稳定发展的重要基础。通过调研天津市大学生应急处置能力,各部门防灾减灾科普工作现状,以及信息化时代下的科普传播方式等,认为目前公众应对突发事件的专业处置能力依旧不足,提升公众防灾减灾意识和能力是迫切需求。鉴于各部门开展单一化科普活动覆盖面小,影响力较弱,相关部门应积极适应当前融媒体、信息化科普的发展趋势,同时努力构建多部门、多灾种融合的防灾减灾科普宣教众创模式。

Urban disaster prevention and mitigation is an important basis for government departments to ensure the stable development of economy and society.Through the investigation on the emergency response ability of college students in Tianjin,the status quo of science popularization work for disaster prevention and mitigation in various departments,and the ways of science popularization dissemination in the information age,it is considered that the professional response ability of the public to emergencies is still insufficient,and it is urgent to improve the public awareness and ability of disaster prevention and mitigation.In view of the small coverage and weak influence of the single science popularization activities carried out by various departments,the relevant departments should actively adapt to the current development trend of media convergence and information science popularization,and strive to build a multi-department and multi-disaster integration mode of science popularization education for disaster prevention and mitigation.
