健康中国背景下青少年性与生殖健康知识传播的思考

Thoughts on Dissemination of Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health Knowledge under Background of Healthy China

为探讨健康中国背景下开展青少年性健康传播的现状以及未来传播模式,在文献研究的基础上,分析青少年性与生殖健康传播的现状,并且提出传播对策。研究结果表明:青少年性态度与性行为越来越开放,而性与生殖健康传播缺乏科学性、系统性,存在青少年对性与生殖健康需求增多与性与生殖健康传播供给不足等矛盾与问题,提高了发生不安全性行为等健康风险。基于性与生殖健康传播的现状,科普基地不断创新改进性健康传播方案,构建青少年性与生殖健康的一体化科普服务模式,助力青少年的健康成长。

Taking Tianjin Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health Education Science Base as an example,in order to explore the current situation and future modes of sexual health communication among adolescents under the background of healthy China,based on the literature research,the paper analyzes the current situation of sexual and reproductive health communication among adolescents,and puts forward the communication countermeasures.The results show that adolescent sexual attitude and behavior are becoming more and more open,while sexual and reproductive health communication is not scientific and systematic.There are contradictions and problems such as increasing demand for sexual and reproductive health and insufficient supply of sexual and reproductive health communication among adolescents,which increase the health risk of unsafe sexual behavior.Based on the current situation of sexual and reproductive health communication,the science popularization base constantly innovates and improves the sexual health communication scheme,and builds an integrated science popularization service mode for adolescents’sexual and reproductive health to help the healthy growth of adolescents.
