不同护理方案对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者围手术期护理效果的比较

Comparison of the effect of different nursing schemes on perioperative nursing of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的探讨不同护理方案在腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)患者围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月-2020年5月于联勤保障部队第901医院接受LC治疗的80例患者,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用围手术期护理,记录两组患者手术相关指标、生活质量(QOL)评分、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果两组手术时间无统计学差异(P>0.05),但观察组腹腔引流时间、肛门排气时间,进食时间、术后住院时间方面均显著低于对照组(Р值均<0.05);观察组(P>0.05)并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量和满意度均显著高于对照组(Р值均<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术围手术期护理能够加快术后恢复,且安全性较好,对于患者生活质量和满意度有积极作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of different nursing schemes on the perioperative nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 80 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in United services support force hospital no.901 fromFebruary 2019 to May 2020 were enrolled.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine perioperative care while the observation group received highquality care on the basis of the control group.Surgery-related indexes,QOL scores,complication rate and nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the two groups were recorded.Results Comparedwith the control group,abdominal drainage time,anal exhaust time,eating time and postoperative hospital stay of the observation group were shorter(all P<0.05).Incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Thequality of life and satisfaction rate in the observation group were higher than those in the controlgroup(both P<0.05).Conclusion The high-quality perioperative nursing of laparoscopicocholecystectomy can accelerate the postoperative recovery,and has good safety.It has a positive effect on the quality of life and satisfaction of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
