情志康复联合针对性护理对脑梗死患者心理状态和康复效果的影响

Effect of emotional rehabilitation combined with targeted nursing on mental state and rehabilitation effect of patients with cerebral infarction

目的分析情志康复联合针对性护理对脑梗死患者心理状态和康复效果的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将徐州医科大学附属医院2018年1月-2020年1月收治的100例脑梗死患者分入对照组和观察组,各50例,其中对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施情志康复联合针对性护理。比较两组间心理状态和康复效果。结果干预前,两组脑梗死患者症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分,简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表评分和Barthel指数评定量表评分的差异均无显著统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。干预后,观察组SCL-90评分显著低于对照组,且Fug1-Meyer评分和Barthel指数评分均显著高于对照组(P值均<0.05)。结论情志康复联合针对性护理能够有效改善脑梗死患者心理状态,提高其康复效果,值得在临床护理工作中推广使用。

Objective To analyze the influence of emotional rehabilitation combined with targeted nursing on the mental state and rehabilitation effect of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods100 patients with cerebral infarction received from January 2018 to January 2020 in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University were divided into a control group and anobservation group with 50 cases respeatively by the random number table method.The controlgroup received routine care and the observation group received emotional rehabilitation combinedwith targeted nursing.The mental state and rehabilitation effect were compared between the twogroups.Results There was no significant difference in Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)score,Short-Form Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Motor Recovery score and Barthel Index between the twogroups of patients with cerebral infarction before the intervention(all P>0.05).After theintervention,SCL-90 score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,andthe Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel Index were higher than those of the control group(all p<0.05).Conclusion Emotional rehabilitation combined with targeted nursing can effectivelyimprove the mental state of patients with cerebral infarction and improve their rehabilitation effect.lt is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing work.
