跨理论模型照护行为干预对癫痫患儿家属照护能力和癫痫知晓程度的影响

The effect of transtheoretical model-based caring behavior interventionon the nursing ability and awareness of epilepsy of family members of children with epilepsy

目的探索基于跨理论模型(TTM)照护行为干预对癫痫患儿家属照护能力和癫痫知晓程度的影响。方法选择徐州市儿童医院2018年1月-2019年12月期间纳入的癫痫患儿家属126名,采用区组随机化法,分入对照组(n=63)和观察组(n=63)。对照组患儿家属实施常规干预,观察组患儿家属联合TTM照护行为干预,比较两组患儿家属的照护能力和癫痫知晓程度。结果干预后,两组照护能力评分均显著低于干预前,且观察组显著低于对照组(Р值均<0.05)。干预后,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均显著低于干预前,且观察组均显著低于对照组(P值均<0.05)。干预后,两组癫痫知晓率均显著高于干预前,且观察组显著高于对照组(P值均<0.05)。结论针对癫痫患儿应用基于TTM的照护行为进行干预,能够有效提升患儿家属的照护能力,缓解不良情绪,以及提升对癫痫的知晓程度。

Objective To explore the effect of caring behavior intervention based on the transtheoretical model(TTM)on the nursing ability and awareness of epilepsy of the familymembers of children with epilepsy.Methods 126 family members of children with epilepsyadmitted to Xuzhou Children's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected anddivided into a control group(n=63)and an observation group(n=63)by the blockrandomization method.The family members of the control group were given routine intervention,and the family members of the observation group were given caring behavior intervention based on TTM.The family members’caring ability and awareness of epilepsy were compared.Results After the intervention,the nursing ability scores of the two groups were significantlylower than those before intervention,and the observation group was significantly lower than thecontrol group(all P<0.05).After the intervention,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)andSelf-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention,and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those ofthe control group(all P<0.05).After the intervention,the awareness rate of epilepsy in the twogroups was significantly higher than that before the intervention,and the observation group wassignificantly higher than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TTM-based caring behavior intervention for children with epilepsy can effectively improve the caring ability of the children's family members,relieve bad emotions,and increase the awareness of epilepsy.
