有氧运动结合抗阻训练对血液透析患者躯体功能和生活质量的影响

Effect of aerobic exereise combined with resistance training on physical function and quality of life of hemodialysis patients

目的探讨有氧运动结合抗阻训练对血液透析患者的疲乏状况、躯体功能和生活质量的影响。方法选取英德市中医院2018年1月-2020年1月收治的血液透析患者78例,采用随机抽签法将其分入对照组(n=39)和观察组(n=39)。对照组患者采取常规运动干预,观察组患者采取有氧运动结合抗阻训练干预,比较两组患者干预前后的疲乏程度、躯体功能和生活质量变化。结果干预后,两组疲乏程度评分均显著低于干预前,且观察组疲乏程度评分显著低于对照组(P值均<0.05)。干预后,两组躯体功能评分和生活质量评分均显著高于干预前,且观察组躯体功能评分和生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(Р值均<0.05)。结论在终末期肾病患者血液透析期间采用有氧运动联合抗阻训练的康复锻炼方式,有助于患者缓解其疲乏程度,改善躯体功能,提升生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of aerobic exercise combined with resistancetraining on fatigue status,physical function and quality of life of hemodialysis patients.Methods78 cases of hemodialysis patients in Yingde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=39)and anobservation group(n=39).Patients in the control group took routine exercise intervention.Patients in the observation group took aerobic exercise combined with resistance training.Thechanges of fatigue degree,physical function and quality of life were compared before and afterintervention.ResultsThe fatigue scores of the two groups after intervention were significantlylower than those before the intervention(both P<0.05).The fatigue scores of the observationgroup after the intervention was significantly lower than those of the control group( P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of physical function and quality of life in the two groups weresignificantly higher than those before the intervention(all P<0.05).The scores of physical function and quality of life in the observation group after the intervention were significantly higherthan those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of aerobic exercisecombined with resistance training during hemodialysis in patients with end-stage renal disease ishelpful to relieve fatigue,improve the physical function and quality of life.
