心理护理结合外化叙事疗法在精神分裂症患者康复中的应用

Application of psychological nursing combined with externalized narrative therapy in rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia

目的探究心理护理结合外化叙事疗法进行康复干预对精神分裂症患者身心康复效果的影响。方法选取汕头市第四人民医院于2019年6月-2020年3月收治的103例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,随机分入观察组(n=52)和对照组(n=51),对照组患者采用常规康复护理,观察组患者在常规康复护理基础上实施心理护理结合外化叙事疗法。比较两组最终阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、精神分裂症患者生活质量量表(SQLS)评分、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)评分和患者病耻感量表中文版(SSMI-C)评分。结果干预后,观察组PANSS各维度评分,SQLS各维度评分和SSMI-C各维度评分均显著低于对照组(P值均<0.05),SSRS各维度评分均显著高于对照组(P值均<0.05)。结论心理护理结合外化叙事疗法可有效缓解精神分裂症患者精神症状,降低其病耻感,改善其社会支持水平和生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing combined withexternaliaed narrative therapy on the physical and mental rehabilitation of patients withschizophrenia.Methods103 patients with schizophrenia admitted to the Fourth People's Hospitalof Shantou from June 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.Using randomnumber table method,the patients were divided into an observation group(n=52)and a controlgroup(n=51).The control group received conventional rehabilitation nursing intervention,andthe observation group received psychological nursing combined with externalized narrative therapy.The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)scores,Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale(SQLS)scores,Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)scores,and Stigma Scale for Mental llness(SSMI-C)scores before and after intervention were compared between two groups.Results After intervention,the PANSS scores,SQLS scores and SSMI-C scores of the mental symptoms of patients with schizophrenia,reduce their stigma,and improve their socialsupport and quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
