全程优质护理联合中药敷脐对肝硬化腹水患者症状改善和生活质量的影响

Effect of whole course high-quality nursing combined with umbilicalapplication of traditional Chinese medicine on symptom improvement and quality of life of patients with cirrhotic ascites

目的观察全程优质护理联合中药敷脐对肝硬化腹水患者症状改善和生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年2月-2020年6月福建中医药大学附属南平人民医院收治的肝硬化腹水患者90例作为研究对象,依据治疗方案的不同将患者进行分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组患者行常规治疗和护理干预,观察组在常规干预的基础上采用全程优质护理联合中药敷脐。观察两组的临床效果,并比较两组24 h尿量.腹围变化.生活质量水平和护理满意度情况。结果观察组总有效率为97.78%,显著高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,观察组腹围较对照组显著缩小,24 h尿量较对照组显著增加(P值均<0.05)。两组生活质量评分均显著升高(P值均<0.05),且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为95.56%,显著高于对照组的75.56%(P<0.05)。结论全程优质护理联合中药敷脐可提高肝硬化腹水患者的治疗总有效率,提高其生活质量,具有一定的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of whole course high-quality nursing combinedwith Chinese medicine umbilical application on symptom improvement and quality of life ofpatients with cirrhotic ascites.Methods Ninety patients with cirrhosis and ascites admitted toNanping People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Chinese Medicine from February 2019to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the different treatment regimens,the patients were divided into two groups,with 45 cases in the observation group and 45 cases inthe control group.The control group was given conventional treatment and nursing intervention,and the observation group was given whole-course high-quality nursing combined with Chinesemedicine umbilical application on the basis of the control group.Clinical effects of the two groupswere observed,and 24 h urine volume,abdominal circumference,quality of life and nursingsatisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.78%,which was significantly higher than 77.78%of the control group(P<0.05).After one month of treatment,the abdominal circumference of the observation groupwas significantly smaller than that of the control group,and the 24 h urine volume wassignificantly higher than that of the control group(both P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly increased(both P<0.05),and the observation group wassignificantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observationgroup was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than 75.56%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole course high-quality nursing combined with umbilical applicationof Chinese medicine can improve the total effective rate,relieve the symptoms and improve thequality of life of patients with cirrhosis ascites,which has certain clinical effects.
