元认知心理干预联合中医情志护理在首发抑郁症患者中的应用效果

Application effect of metacognitive intervention combined with emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with first-episode depression

目的探讨元认知心理干预联合中医情志护理在首发抑郁症患者中的应用效果。方法选取滨州市优抚医院2019年2月-2020年2月收治的首发抑郁症患者100例,随机将其分人两组。实施常规护理的患者设为对照组(n=50),在常规护理基础上开展元认知心理干预联合中医情志护理的患者设为观察组(n=50)。比较两组患者抑郁状况、社会功能和生活质量。结果护理8周后,两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表-17项(HAMD-17)和社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分均显著低于护理前,且观察组均显著低于对照组(P值均<0.05)。护理8周后,观察组世界卫生组织生存质量简明量表(WHOQOL-BREF)各项评分均显著高于对照组(P值均<0.05)。结论对首发抑郁症患者应用元认知心理干预联合中医情志护理,可显著改善患者抑郁状况,有效提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of metacognitive intervention combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)emotional nursing in patients with first-episode depression.Methods 100 patients with first-episode depression in Binzhou Youfu Hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.Among them,50 cases receiving the routine nursing were set as the control group,and 50 cases receiving metacognitive intervention combined with TCM emotional nursing on the basis of routine nursing were set as the observation group.The depression status,social function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of nursing,the scores of Hamilton Depression Rating Scale-17(HAMD-17)and Social Ddisability Screening Schedule(SDSS)in the two group were significantly lower than those before nursing,and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).After 8 weeks of nursing,the scores of the World Health Organization Quality in Life Bref(WHOQOL-BREF)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of metacognitive intervention combined with emotional nursing of TCM in patients with frstepisode depression can sgificantly improve the depression status of patients and effectively improve the quality of life.
