ISBAR交接模式结合优化分级转运对急诊介入手术患者安全转运的影响

Study on the influence of ISBAR handover mode combined with optimize graded transport on the safe transport of patients undergoing emergency interventional surgery

目的研究ISBAR交接模式结合优化分级转运对急诊介入手术患者安全转运的影响。方法选取2019年7月-2020年6月徐州矿务集团总医院院内转运的急诊介入手术患者166例,按院内转运交接时间先后分为观察组和对照组,各83例。对照组患者执行常规转运,观察组患者执行ISBAR交接模式结合优化分级转运。比较两组间转运时间、转运不良事件发生率和护理满意度。结果观察组转运时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组转运不良事件总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组管道管理、病情重点、全面性和条理性等维度的护理满意度评分均显著高于对照组(P值均<0.05)。结论执行ISBAR交接模式结合优化分级转运能缩短急诊介入手术患者转运时间,避免转运不良事件发生,且整体护理满意度更高。

Objective To study the effect of ISBAR(Introduction,Situation,Background,Assessment,Recommendation)handover mode combined with optimized graded transport on the safe transport of patients undergoing emergency interventional surgery.Methods 166 cases of patients undergoing emergency interventional surgery transferred in Xuzhou Mining Group General Hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the transfer time in hospital,with 83 cases each.The patients of the control group were carried out routine transfer.The patients of the observation group were caried out ISBAR handover mode combined with optimized hierarchical transfer.The transport time,incidence of transport adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The transport time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of transport adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction scores in the dimensions of pipeline management,disease focus,comprehensiveness and organization of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of ISB AR handover mode combined with optimized graded transport can shorten the transport time of patients undergoing emergency interventional surgery and prevent the occurrence of adverse events during the transport.It can improve the overall nursing satisfaction.
