青年肺结核患者自我感受负担的影响因素分析及其护理对策

Analysis of influencing factors of self-experience burden and nursing strategy in young patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

目的分析青年肺结核患者自我感受负担(SPB)的影响因素,并提出针对性护理对策。方法采取随机抽样方法选取2018年1月-2020年1月徐州医科大学附属宿迁医院确诊并住院治疗的99例青年肺结核患者作为研究对象。应用自行设计的调查表和自我感受负担量表进行问卷调查,运用Logistic回归分析青年肺结核患者SPB的影响因素。结果99例青年肺结核患者SPB平均评分处于中度水平。是否接受过结核病健康教育(OR=3.133)、住院次数(OR=4.069)、遵医行为(OR=6.154)、社会支持和家庭功能(OR=5.224)均为影响SPB的独立因素(P值均<0.05)。结论护理人员应针对上述青年肺结核患者SPB独立影响因素进行有效评估,并制订针对性护理对策,提升患者生活质量、促进康复。

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of self-perceived burden(SPB)in.young tuberculosis patients and propose nursing measures.Methods A random sampling method was adopted,and 99 young patients with pulmonary tuberculosis diagnosed and hospitalized in Affiliated Suqian Hospital of Xuzhou Medical Universit from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as research objects.A self-designed questionnaire and a self-perceived burden scale were used for questionnaire surveys.The influencing factors of SPB in young pulmonary tuberculosis patients were analyzed by using Logistic regression.Results The average SPB score of 99 young tuberculosis patients were at a moderate level.The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that whether they had received TB health education(OR=3.133),the number of hospitalizations(OR=4.069),compliance with medical practices(OR=6.154),social support and family function(OR=5.224)were independent factors affecting SPB(all P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing staff should effectively evaluate the independent influencing factors of SPB in the above young tuberculosis patients,and develop targeted nursing countermeasures to improve the quality of life of patients and promote rehabilitation.
