基于病情分析的容量管理模式对心力衰竭患者住院期间康复质量的改善

Improvement of rehabilitation quality of patients with heart failure during hospitalization by capacity management mode based on disease analysis

目的探讨基于病情分析的容量管理模式对心力衰竭患者住院期间康复质量的改善。方法选取2018年4月-2020年6月徐州医科大学附属医院心内科收治的76例心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组(n=38)和观察组(n=38)。对照组患者给予常规的护理管理,观察组患者给予基于病情分析为依据的容量管理模式。比较两组患者治疗结束后的左心室射血分数(EF)、左心室舒张末期内径、临床疗效和护理满意度,以及出院后半年内死亡和再住院情况。结果治疗结束后,观察组左心室EF值和舒张末期内径均显著高于对照组(P值均<0.05);观察组临床疗效和护理满意度均显著优于对照组(P值均<0.05)。出院后半年内,观察组再次住院率和死亡率均显著低于对照组(P值均<0.05)。结论对于心力衰竭患者,采用基于病情分析的容量管理模式,有助于改善患者的心功能,降低再次住院率和死亡率,临床疗效较好,可提高患者的满意度,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the improvement of the rehabilitation quality of patients with heart failure during hospitalization by the capacity management model based on disease analysis.Methods 76 patients with heart failure admitted to the Department of Cardiology at Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from April 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a control group(n=38)and an observation group(n=38).Patients in the control group were given routine nursing management,and patients in the observation group were given capacity management model based on disease analysis.The left ventricular ejection fraction(EF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction,as well as the death and rehospitalization within six months after discharge were compared between the two groups of patients after treatment.Results After the treatment,the left ventricular EF value and end-diastolic diameter of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(both P<0.05).The clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(both P<0.05).Within half a year after discharge,the ratc of readmission and mortality of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with heart failure,the use of capacity management model based on disease analysis can help improve the cardiac function of patients,reduce the rate of rehospitalization and mortality,have a better clinical efficacy,and improve patient satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
