我国高校图书馆专利信息导航服务现状调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on Patent Navigation Service in University Library

基于图书馆门户网站和文献资料,对60所获批国家知识产权信息服务中心的高校图书馆进行专利导航服务情况调查。调查高校图书馆网站专利导航服务的栏目设置、专利导航支持体系、专利导航工作机制、专利导航项目/成果的展示方式四个方面。通过调查发现高校专利导航服务网站建设需要加快及改进、人才队伍需要充实及扩展、信息资源需要整合及优化、工作机制需要建立及完善、项目/成果发布的位置及内容需要确定。提出建设一站式服务专栏、设置专利导航专员岗位、加强信息资源建设、规范专利导航工作程序、构建高校专利导航备案与成果共享系统相关建议。

Basing on the portal and literature materials of library,the patent navigation services investigation on 60 University libraries approved as national intellectual property information service centers was carried out.The investigation was based on four aspects:column setting of university patent navigation service in library website,supporting system of university patent navigation,working mechanism of university patent navigation,project/achievement of university patent navigation and its display mode.The investigation found that the website construction needed to be improved,the talent team needed to be enriched and expanded,information resources needed to be integrated and optimized,working mechanism needed to be to established and perfected,and the location and content of the project/outcome release needed to be determined.The paper also put forward suggestions and Countermeasures for patent navigation service:building a one-stop service column,setting up a patent navigation specialist post,strengthening the construction of information resources,standardizing the patent navigation work system,and constructing the patent navigation filing and achievement sharing system in colleges and universities.
